XIII Annual Federal Annual Report Competition

The Annual Report Competition has been held since 1998 and is the best opportunity for participating issuers to present their annual reports. The aim of the Competition is to help effective disclosure of the information for both investors and clients.

Last year 125 Russian and foreign companies took part in the competition.

In 2009 companies and corporation across all major economy sectors including oil & gas, power, metallurgy, telecom, retail trade, etc. registered for participation. Enterprises from all the 7 federal districts of the Russian Federation as well as issuers from Kazakhstan and Ukraine joined the competition. Twenty-nine Russian and foreign companies were announced winners in 14 categories.

Anyissuer that prepares annual reportsmay enter the competition. All interested companies are invited to fill in the entry form on our website from July 1, 2010 to October 11, 2010 and submit its annual reports for 2009 in any format of their choice by e-mail at ar@rts.ru *. Annual reports can be accepted both in the Russian and English (if available) languages. After the entry has been approved by the panel of judges, the entrant is notified of the successfully completed registration as a competition participant.

This year the judges will also rate corporate websites.
